Hello, my name is Jack Gunter and I wanted to tell you about my association with Grace Baptist Church. My family has been around Grace since the late 1960s and we have had the privilege of being part of a place where God has been at work. Especially in the last ten years or so, we have grown in God’s grace in a tremendous way. Presently, I serve as a deacon and teacher. I teach a couples’ Sunday School class, which has been very special to me. God has grown the class in a might way, and it gives me the opportunity and privilege to be a part of what He is doing to grow the church. I count it as a real blessing to be a part of reaching others for Christ and being around others with the same mindset. Come join us soon, and be a part of God working in the lives of His people.

Hello! My name is Teresa Powell. I grew up at Grace Baptist Church. I accepted Jesus as my Savior and was baptized as a member of the church when I was twelve. I was a member of the GA’s, Acteens, and children’s choir. As an adult, I have visited other churches but none has ever made me feel as “at home” as my family at Grace.  I am still very active in the church. I am involved with Women on Mission, VBS, choir, and I help teach my Sunday School class. I believe God brought me to Grace to be a part of bringing Him glory through the love we share with all who will come and receive it. Now that I am a mother, I know how important it is to have a church that really supports the youth. We have a dynamic program for the youth and children called Elevate. We also have Bible studies for all ages, choir for those who love to sing, and, of course, great food when we have Wednesday night suppers! Grace Baptist Church is a wonderful place of worship and praise where everybody knows your name. I intend to be at Grace until my last worship service in this world!
